Privacy notice
In short: we collect only what your enquiry requires, store it on a server in Germany, and pass nothing to third parties. There is no tracking, no advertising cookies and no external fonts.

Visiting the website
When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (page requested, time, volume transferred, browser type, IP address). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure operation. Server logs are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Quote configurator
We process your configurator answers, your name, your email address and optionally phone, company and message in order to send you the price range and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure).
The data is stored in a database on our server and additionally sent to us by email. To protect against automated enquiries we store your IP address exclusively as an irreversible hash.
We delete enquiries no later than 365 days after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Where a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply.
Contact form
The same applies to the contact form as to the configurator: we use your details solely to answer your message.
Cookies
We set a single technically necessary session cookie. It protects the forms against misuse and is deleted when you close your browser. No consent banner is required for this.
Fonts and external services
All fonts are served from our own server. No content is loaded from Google Fonts, CDNs, social networks or analytics services. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party.
Processors
We use [hosting provider] for hosting and email delivery. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in [country].
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A message to info@rimkus-systems.com is enough.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, usually the one where you live or where we are based.
Encryption
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Your input is encrypted in transit.
